Food festivals have been an inseparable part for any hotel or that matter even a restaurant who wish to be seen and noticed. Food festivals are quickly becoming a testing ground for chefs to try new menus and concepts, these festivals are often a branding exercise rather than a money-making venture, they also give a chance to plug gaps in social media campaigning.
It’s our unending search and craving for some lip-smacking and tasty delicacies which prompts the hotel to do something unique and fulfill our desire. This endeavour to provide an extraordinary experience is what exactly drives the hotel/restaurants. This enthusiasm and zeal is transferred to the F&B or simply put to the kitchen. Chefs are always driven by the thought of outdoing themselves by providing an unparalleled experience to their foodie patrons. To freshen up their regular menus which undeniable are already very good, and to get a new influx of footfalls festivals play an important role.
Food Festivals from the Delhi/ Ncr which should not be missed.
Before the actual inset of typical Delhi summers, hotels are in a rush to get on these sumptuous and delicious food offerings to their patrons.

Punjabiyan di Shaan at Cafe NH 8 Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar
Cafe NH 8 is the all day dining restaurant of this hotel run by a very talented Chef Amit Sharma and an extremely hospitable team. We had a great time at the launch day of the Baisakhi promotion. Nice and well curated menu which included the Tawa items like the gurde kaleji kapure, the highlight for us. The tandoori stuff and the fried chicken was another dish which just made our day.
The vegetarian fare is also not to be missed especially the Wadiyan and the Dal. The set up is done in a vibrant and rustic manner as which replicates a Pind (village) of Punjab.
