We were lucky enough to savour some of his creations. The Sushi Fusion was a simple dish wherein Sushi rolls were topped up with teriyaki chicken and veggies and tasted wonderful. The best as per me was the Tofu Cheese Cake , a very healthy and yummy alternative to the regular cheese cake. It was similar in taste and was delicious. Chef Aryanto is really talented and has much to showcase with his culinary skills.
