Chinese cuisine has gained such big popularity all over the world not only for the reason of taste but due to many other factors too. This cuisine doesn’t require too many elaborate cooking appliances and complicated processes to make.

The simplicity of fresh ingredients and quick preparation using just a Wok on the flame is also a big factor which has contributed to its popularity.

We as Indians have always been in love with Chinese cuisine.. Be it the road side vans and hawkers churning out hot and steamy soups, chowmein and manchurians or the fine dine places which have been serving some great food since last many years.

#TheChinaKitchen is one such iconic place which doesn’t need any introduction per se, it’s been their for the last 11 odd years and has been consistently giving out the best of Chinese. Hyatt’s focus on their F&B shows when we see such examples like The China Kitchen. The only restaurant with six expat chefs from China, isn’t it unbelievable. Most of the ingredients are imported even things they can get get easily from India itself.

The open kitchen concept is just beautiful. The expat chefs and their skills can be seen while enjoying sumptuously delicious food.

The New Menu additions are no exception at all, straight from the streets of Beijing onto our plates. The research done by the Chefs in Beijing on the streets as well as Hyatt properties is very well evident in their dishes.

The Sichuan style spicy lamb salad, bullet chilli chicken and the clay pot king fish are some of the most beautiful dishes amongst an array of others.

For our love of Dimsums their is a wide range available.

Peking Duck
Duck Roll

Not to forget the most popular dish in their menu, The Peking duck roasted in a wood-fired oven. It’s almost dramatical as the chef carves out slices of the perfectly cooked duck to be served to us as rolls with classic condiments and veggies. As a side, we were also treated to the crispy, salty fatty skin sprinkled with a little sugar.

Enjoy the best of Chinese fare including the classy desserts in a beautiful ambience and impeccable service from the Hyatt Regency New Delhi team.
