FOR THE BUSINESS CLASS – The menu will have Indian & Continental dishes. On route Delhi to Vienna, the serving will begin with the hot appetizers, tea and coffee, followed by dinner.
The Vegetarian Meal – will have a variety of dishes such as paneer, mushroom, special malai kofta (with beetroots) and bhindi, The menu in non-vegetarian meal will have dhania murg with mint, dum ka murg.
The Economy Class- The menu will have Indian, Oriental, Continental options for passengers. Cold snacks in veg and non-veg will be available as per choice. Indian desserts will also be served. Taking special care, There would be options available in vegetarian food for diabetic patients on special request.
On route Vienna to Delhi, The add-ons will have sole fish infused with lemon zest & herbs covered with roasted zuccini slices, cherry tomatoes and coriander leaves.
The potato based dishes will have variety of Anna potato with thin slices of potato cooked with butter & cheese. The variety in vegetarian food will have dal makhni, aloo methi, mix veg and paneer. In non-veg menu, salmon with balsamic grilled chicken, prawns with stir fried chicken.
The liquor will be served with hot appetizer followed by dinner. There are choice of passion fruits in desserts and the menu changes 2-3 times in every flight.
To ensure all arrangements, The aircraft for the flight is technologically well fitted with chillers and ovens.
