We had a wonderful time, whilst at Crowne Plaza, Jaipur. A very beautiful and vast property with all the modern aesthetics and a thoroughly professional work team. We were lucky enough to enjoy our stay at the Suites of this property. Excellent service and that too, always with an unending smile. The swimming pool (infinity style) and an additional kids pool (separate) make it fun place to be. The high end equipment in the health club with trained staff makes it comparable to any other luxury star property throughout the world. The food at the all day dining , Sirocco is class apart. Ranging from continental, Italian, Indian to traditional Rajasthani, every dish is made with passion. The Executive Chef , Mr. Vikash Prasad is a real gem, who speaks out his heart and showcases his culinary skills on the platter. The Director F&B Mr. Chandan Thakur is also very agile and a passionate guy. He is a real good listener and takes care of each and every feedback point shared with him. the F& B team with a special mention to Ms.Ankita Sarkar Mr. Neeraj Maharishi (Dir. Sales & Mktg.) is a jolly good fellow and takes care of his space effortlessly, while being on his toes always. The lady, Ms. Roshni (AM, Marcomm) was just always after us for the feedback, specially flaws and negatives , so that she with the support of her team can rectify things and make the operations flawless for the incoming customer.
